• To provide visionary leadership for the CCA in setting and achieving goals

• To lead and organize the CCA in the planning and conduct of meetings, activities and programmes

• To promote teamwork and manage relationships in the CCA

• To liaise with the school and the CCA teachers through effective communication

• To assist the CCA teachers in the running of the CCA

• To mentor and develop members of the CCA
